Convenos Named as Preferred Provider for Convoq Customer Transition

Convenos has signed a customer transition agreement with Convoq, to provide Convenos Meeting Center to all of the Convoq customers. Convoq, a competing web conferencing provider, recently announced that it will be closing the company and ceasing to operate its conferencing and chat service as of January 25th, 2008. Convenos proactively set the transition plans in place in December to create a smooth process and continue service for the remaining Convoq customers.

The Convenos team has recently released a new build to bring our customers the best possible web conferencing solution for their business. Convenos Meeting Center's usability has been enhanced and performance improved to create one of the best web conferencing environments on the market. In addition to these performance enhancements we expect you will see improvements in the following areas:
- Our automated Product Installer has been enhanced to enable a faster and a more robust installation process.
- We have improved our Pop-Up-Blockers workaround which allows Convenos Meeting Center to programmatically bypass the main Pop-Up- Blockers (Google, Yahoo, and IE 6 & 7) which will result in smoother product installation and meeting entry.
- Application & Desktop Sharing has been enhanced to allow faster and more synchronous sharing across meeting environments.
